Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; any course/major.
• 1–5 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Proven experience in US or UK Payroll Operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation and payroll reporting.
• Knowledge of HR systems, automation, and ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle and MS Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll activities comply with applicable tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Support payroll audits, internal controls, and compliance activities.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and other global stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, efficiency, and automation.
• Create and maintain process documentation and process maps.
