Job summary

G-P is a remote-first, global employment platform seeking a Sr Human Resource Associate for our Regional Shared Service Centre. You will support HR, payroll and legal providers across regions and help manage onboarding, data, visas and offboarding.

We seek 2-5 years in HR operations, strong English, MS Office, and capability with AI tools. This 9-month fixed-term role starts immediately with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region (advantage).
• Excellent customer service skills; strong English written and verbal.
• Proficient with MS Office; willingness to adopt AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support employee life cycle processes: onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, offboarding.
• Prepare HR documents: contracts, amendments, policies, benefits enrollment, payroll enrollment, onboarding guides, certificates.
• Maintain employee records in the platform and process forms for HR activities.
• Benefits administration and coordination with brokers/insurers.
• Provide payroll data to payroll team and ensure accurate payments.
• Assist in audits of data changes and maintain SOPs.
