Job summary

You will manage new hires and resignations, benefits, verifications, leave, performance administration, and vendor invoicing, while maintaining documentation and participating in audits to uphold The Gallagher Way.

Qualifications

• Graduation or post graduation with HR specialization preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, esp. North America/UK/APAC regions.
• Strong MS Office and Excel reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling new hires, resignations and data management for NA and UK Tier 1 Payroll Support.
• Employee benefit administration for USA, UK and APAC regions.
• Background verifications for NA, UK and APAC regions.
• Employee referencing for NA, UK and APAC regions.
• Employee leave administration for NA, UK and APAC regions.
• Performance management administration for NA and UK/APAC regions.
• Employee profile management: login/access/ password queries.
• Vendor management and invoice processing for USA, UK and APAC regions.
• Documentation: process maps, KPI, SLAs and dashboards.
• Compliance: ensuring local compliances. Participation in audits.
• Suggesting process improvements due to regulatory or tech changes.
