Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to oversee HR Operations and Support within a global shared services environment. This role requires strong people leadership, operational management, and a proven track record in process improvement and regulatory compliance.

You will lead and develop teams, drive KPI-driven performance, and collaborate with HR functions across regions to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations and Support activities while managing HR Associates and SMEs
• Recruit, coach, mentor, develop, and manage team performance
• Monitor KPIs and drive operational efficiency, service quality, and resource allocation
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and operating standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology enablement
• Collaborate with HR functions to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Resolve escalated employee and applicant concerns and maintain a strong customer service focus
• Ensure compliance with applicable HR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Support internal and external audits and address compliance risks
• Work closely with onshore and offshore teams and stakeholders across different levels
• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced global HR environment

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Operations leader to oversee HR Operations and Support activities within a global shared services environment.

This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong people leadership, operational management, process improvement, compliance, and global stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations and Support activities while managing HR Associates and SMEs

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Business Management is an advantage
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Operations or HR Shared Services
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• HR technology experience is preferred
• Project Management or Lean/Six Sigma certification is an advantage
