Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Specialist, Human Resources Operations in the Manila area to manage onboarding of crew for management, specialty, and marine positions. A high level of communication, planning, and stakeholder coordination is essential to meet weekly and monthly goals.

The role involves cross-functional liaison with Talent Attraction, Scheduling, Visa, and other teams, and delivering weekly stakeholder reports while maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• At least two (2) years onboarding or any relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard crew in Management, Specialty, and Marine roles with strong customer focus.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, local, international, and company policies for crew safety and wellbeing.
• Coordinate with Talent Attraction, Crew Assist, Scheduling, Visa, Port Agents, School, and other teams to meet hiring and scheduling needs.
