Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Manila is seeking a Sr. Manager, Human Resources Operations to lead and optimize crew onboarding, documentation processing, and employee services for seafarers across global operations.

You will develop the onboard strategy, ensure compliance with MLC and STCW, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with shipboard and shoreside stakeholders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in crew management or onboarding.
• Proven track record leading global teams in high-volume onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of MLC, STCW and flag state requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding strategy and align with KPIs.
• Develop and mentor onboarding specialists and coordinators.
• Oversee end-to-end crew onboarding including visas and medicals.
• Ensure compliance with port, flag, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, Compliance, and HR.
• Drive process improvements through data and automation.
