Royal Caribbean Group is hiring a Sr. Manager, Human Resources Operations to lead and optimize crew onboarding, documentation processing, and employee services across global operations.

You will drive onboarding strategy, ensure compliance with international maritime regulations such as MLC and STCW, and mentor a high‑performing team to meet deployment needs. The role collaborates with Operations, Scheduling, Compliance, and HR to align crew movement and workforce planning, driving efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 10+ years of crew management/onboarding experience, preferably in cruise or maritime industry.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations (MLC, STCW) and their impact on onboarding and deployment.
• Experience leading global teams and managing high‑volume onboarding operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding strategy and ensure KPI alignment.
• Manage onboarding specialists and documentation coordinators.
• Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding for crew including documentation, medicals, visas, and compliance checks.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and regulatory bodies.
