Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Global Crew Readiness Operations Specialist to manage onboarding for Management, Specialty, and Marine roles. You will coordinate with Talent Attraction, Crew Assist, Scheduling, Visa, and Port Agents to ensure timely placement and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and time management skills, with a focus on efficient onboarding processes and regular reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, hospitality, business or related field.
• At least two years onboarding or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides onboarding support to crew members in Management, Specialty, and Marine roles.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, local, international, and company policies.
• Liaises with Talent Attraction, Crew Assist, Scheduling, Visa, Port Agents, and other teams.
• Generates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual onboarding reports for stakeholders.
• Maintains governance meetings with Recruitment, Scheduling, Mobility Centers, HR Onboard and stakeholders.
