You will lead a team of People & Culture specialists and drive compliant, efficient service delivery using a modern operating model and robust systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR operations, with senior leadership experience across multiple regions.
• Experience implementing and scaling HRIS across diverse regions.
• Background in HR shared services or RPO environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a scalable, globally aligned HR Operations model across regions.
• Standardize HR lifecycle processes (onboarding, performance, comp & benefits, offboarding).
• Lead global HRIS implementation and ensure data integrity, dashboards, and analytics.
