Job summary

RemotePass is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our Lifecycle team and own the experience of our global EOR workforce from day one. You’ll run renewals, scope new plans, and ensure accurate enrolment and billing across multiple countries, with health insurance at the core of the role.

Working with brokers, insurers, and internal teams, you will navigate country-specific requirements, keep plans compliant, and help scale benefits processes as our workforce grows.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Experience in employee benefits across multiple countries.
• Hands-on experience with renewals or new plan implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own benefits renewals and manage the global renewal calendar with timely execution.
• Scope and launch new plans by researching local market practice and statutory requirements.
• Oversee enrolments, changes, terminations, and reconcile invoices with Payroll, Finance and Legal.
• Provide clear guidance on statutory vs supplemental benefits for each market to internal teams.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, and local partners as the primary contact.
• Track market changes and translate them into plan adjustments and communications.
• Document and improve global benefits processes to enable scale.
