Job summary

Newfold Digital seeks a Senior Manager, Employee Experience to lead a global HR team delivering best-in-class service across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, including compliance, benefits, and leave administration, with a focus on engagement and operational excellence. You will develop team capability, coach leaders, and retain talent while driving cross-country HR initiatives.

The role centers on scalable processes, data-driven decisions, and AI-enabled improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/BA undergrad
7+ years progressive HR experience, including operations/shared services/management
Multi-country HR experience, familiarity with PH, India, US and Brazil

Responsibilities

Lead a global Employee Experience team delivering onboarding through offboarding
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, compliance, benefits and leave administration
Develop capability through coaching, training, and career development plans
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure consistent HR policy application
Drive process improvements and adoption of AI-powered HR tools
