LawAdvisor Ventures Ltd seeks a seasoned Process Guardian to lead People Operations. You will champion labor law knowledge, payroll guidance, and expert HR practices across a global remote team, bridging departments and driving scalable processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR roles within startups, strong communication, and proven ability to optimize the employee lifecycle while aligning with company values and strategic goals. Remote work is supported.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Operations, Business Administration or Accounting.
• 5+ years in operations, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Operations.
• Experience in startup environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale key processes in the employee lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members and pilot new projects.
• Bridge gaps between departments to ensure cohesive outcomes.
• Review ideas and writing with a critical eye and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify inefficiencies and present data-driven insights.
