HW7 Philippine Corporation is seeking an HR Manager to formulate and oversee systems for recruiting, attendance, salary management, and personnel administration. You will coordinate across HR functions to support operations, ensure policy interpretation, and comply with labor regulations.

Responsibilities include managing recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations, while leading the HR team to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant HR services.

• Policies and their correct interpretation must be communicated to staff and management.
• Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with timekeeping and payroll management.
• Ability to resolve workplace disputes and manage performance.
• Skills in database management and record keeping.
• Ability to lead and supervise HR team members.
• Experience coordinating employee training and professional development.

Aufgaben

• Source, select, and coordinate with candidates for approved vacancies, with the objective of filling vacancies within accepted turn-around time
• Manage the recruitment process, interviews, hiring, and coordinate orientation for new employees
• Monitor, coordinate, and advise employees about lapses or errors in timekeeping logs to ensure accurate and timely acceptance of DTR
• Review and encode payroll deductions and prepare timely payroll advice for payroll processing
• Cascade, communicate, and discuss policies and their correct interpretation to all employees to ensure consistent application
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, maintain personnel files, and oversee timekeeping and payroll
• Administer and communicate company benefits programs to employees
• Assist in addressing staff concerns that affect productivity, employee retention, leadership, and compensation
• Maintain a reliable, efficient, secure and complete database of employees and 201 records
• Lead and coach HR team members, managing their daily workload and performance
