Job summary

Trip.com Group is a leading global travel service provider with multiple brands and four Customer Service Centres offering 24/7 support in 19 languages. This HR internship role supports end-to-end recruitment, candidate communications, onboarding coordination, and MOA management for interns.

You will work with Operations, Administration, IT, and other teams, handling background checks and HR queries while developing your HR skills in a global company.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Familiar with MS Office tools and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process: candidate screening, interview scheduling, onsite interview coordination, assessments, and recruitment activities.
• Prepare and send interview, onboarding, and HR communications to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly recruitment updates, trackers, and reports.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements with Operations, Administration, IT, and other teams.
• Coordinate MOAs and other documents with interns, educational institutions, and stakeholders.
• Maintain internship records and monitor MOA approvals, signatures, and deadlines.
• Conduct background checks, employment verification, and reference checks.
• Provide basic HR Business Partner support and respond to employee queries.
