About the role

Key responsibilities
Post job openings and assist in screening and evaluating applications
Coordinate interview schedules and help facilitate candidate communications
Assist in onboarding activities and preparation of new hire documentation
Support in organizing employee engagement programs and company events
Collect and summarize employee feedback
Participate in initiatives that strengthen company culture and morale
Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and evaluation forms
Assist in preparing learning materials and training documentation
Support the HR team in post-training analysis and reporting
Help maintain and update employee files and HR databases
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficient in Canva and comfortable creating visually appealing content
Interested in recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace culture
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work well with a team
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Internship Hours: 600 hours
