Excis Compliance (Thailand) Company Limited, a leading global IT support organization, is seeking an HR Generalist to support EMEA operations from the Philippines. You will work with leaders across countries to drive HR initiatives and ensure an excellent employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include onboarding, contracts, transfers, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and GDPR.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
• Experience supporting multi-country HR operations is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, labor law compliance, payroll support, and HR policies.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics.

Mansioni

• Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple countries and GDPR requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll providers, legal advisers, and external HR partners.
• Prepare workforce analytics, KPI reports, and HR insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
