Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an Employee Experience & Onboarding Specialist to drive a consistent, engaging onboarding journey for new hires across regions while partnering with HR and cross-functional teams to connect talent with our culture and tools.

The role includes coordinating onboarding sessions, maintaining materials, supporting employee experience initiatives, and helping new employees settle in during their first days and weeks in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or employee experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across regions and functions.
• Maintain onboarding calendars, SharePoint sites, and materials.
• Support employee experience initiatives and internal communications.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for onboarding programs.
• Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and teams across time zones.
