Emapta is seeking an HR Coordinator to support global HR operations, focusing on benefits administration, onboarding, HRIS management, and workforce coordination. The role involves collaborating with HR professionals across borders, expanding exposure to enterprise technology, and pursuing career development while based in the Philippines.

The position is onsite at SM Mega Tower in Ortigas, with a night shift schedule and competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional HR experience with exposure to global HR operations or HRBP functions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with HRIS and benefits platforms; Rippling preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative team player.
• Experience in technology industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration Support: daily support to HR Manager in global benefits administration, HRIS data entry, inquiries, and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities, employee communications, and collaboration with benefits vendors.
• Prepare benefits reports, audit documentation, and relevant records.
