Job summary

Yempo Inc in Makati is seeking an HR Coordinator to join a global HR team. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, and data integrity across HR systems such as Employment Hero, Culture Amp, and Greenhouse. Ensure compliance and maintain employee records throughout the lifecycle.

Role supports leave management, payroll processes, and monthly reporting while coordinating with the Talent Team on hiring and training initiatives. Work-from-home or office options provide flexibility in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
• Proven ability to coordinate information flows within a team.
• Experience using HR systems such as Employment Hero/Greenhouse is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees, contractors, and temporary staff.
• Maintain and audit HR records, files, databases, and HRIS data integrity.
• Support leave management and cyclical People activities (performance and salary reviews).
• Prepare employment letters and HR documents; respond to inquiries via centralized inbox.
