OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking an HR onboarding coordinator to support new hires and maintain confidential records in Ortigas/Cubao, Philippines.

The role emphasizes accuracy, policy compliance and a positive onboarding experience from day one. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HRDM, has at least 1 year of related experience, and is proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HRDM is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in onboarding/HR role.
• Knowledgeable in employment/labor laws.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and data handling.
• Strong communication and people skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Onboarding Associate in pre-employment requirements for new hires.
• Support onboarding experience – HRIS account, company ID, employee handbook/manual.
• Organize and maintain employee records in HRIS with confidentiality.
• Assist payroll preparation and company incentives/allowances/salary adjustments.
• Conduct counselling, FGD, refreshers and HR orientations.
• Assist with grievances investigation and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with HRS/HRM on HR policies and procedures implementation.
• Ensure compliance to QMS and regulatory reports.
• Communicate with employees, resolve queries and concerns.
• Support tasks directed by HR Supervisor or HR Manager.
