Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
• At least 2 years HR or related experience.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday) and background screening tools (Sterling Direct, OnGrid, Fieldglass).
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and independent work in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willing to work 5 days a week with 2 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end background check processes across APAC and EMEA.
• Serve as primary contact for managers and employees on procedures.
• Create and maintain reports while safeguarding confidential data.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Provide high-level customer service and ensure policy compliance.
