Workstreet is seeking a detail‑oriented Human Resources Administrator to support our US and European regions. Based fully remote in the Philippines or India, you will own U.S.

state tax and unemployment registrations, keep Rippling data clean, verify employment eligibility, and support HRIS and engagement programs. You will collaborate with our US-based HR Manager and a global People Ops team, handling I‑9 verification, background checks via Checkr, and cross‑regional compliance tasks while

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR administration and people operations supporting U.S.-based employers.
• Familiarity with U.S. state registrations and unemployment processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and high discretion with confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to collaborate across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage state tax and unemployment registrations for U.S. jurisdictions in Rippling.
• Own government notices received by mail; update trackers and Rippling accordingly.
• Verify Form I-9s for new hires and coordinate background checks via Checkr.
• Support local registrations and compliance tasks for European entities or EOR arrangements as needed.
• Maintain accurate HR records and keep HRIS data clean; reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with employee engagement programs and logistics for virtual events.
