Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Compliance Supervisor in Manila to lead the local Compliance team and partner with U.S.-based leaders to ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs. The role emphasizes workforce management, coaching, and development within a healthcare compliance environment.

The candidate will drive operational improvements, manage escalations with HR, and uphold policies while fostering a culture of ethics and accountability across the GBS Compliance group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience.
• Experience leading teams or supervisory roles is required.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based operations or shared services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Manila-based Compliance team.
• Partner with U.S.-based leadership to align priorities and SLAs.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and quality metrics.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, and staff development.
• Address employee relations and escalation through HR.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and scalability.
• Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
