Responsibilities

• Review US-based candidate credentials and licenses for compliance.
• Monitor background checks, drug screenings, and health assessments.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local healthcare laws.
• Maintain secure records and generate compliance reports.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates during onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline onboarding.
