TLC Worldwide is seeking a Growth Director to unlock the full commercial potential of our client portfolio and network in the Philippines. You will drive revenue growth, build long-term partnerships, and shape go-to-market strategies across regional clients.

In this role, you will lead high-value opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional client value while scaling TLC’s high-margin solutions and services.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in account growth, commercial leadership, strategic partnerships or client strategy roles.
• Experience managing large and complex client relationships.
• Proven success in expanding accounts and closing high-value commercial opportunities.
• History of delivering sustained revenue growth for brands.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable revenue growth across new and existing client relationships.
• Own and deliver ambitious growth targets across a portfolio of strategic regional clients.
• Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities across TLC's products, platforms and reward network.
• Lead and close significant commercial opportunities, including 6-8-figure deals and multi-year agreements.
• Proactively manage client health to maximise retention and minimise revenue leakage.
• Build and execute strategic account growth plans that deliver measurable results.
• Develop long-term growth strategies aligned to client priorities and business goals.
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to clients to achieve business objectives.
