Responsibilities

• Building strong, trusted client relationships and becoming the person they want in every room.
• Motivating, coaching and elevating the Business Development team; helping them pitch smarter and deliver exceptional work.
• Bridging BD and Operations for seamless delivery.
• Identifying new opportunities and turning them into meaningful commercial wins.
• Supporting BD in hitting KPIs while raising standards across the board.
• Leading by example in pitches and selling the full TLC offering.
