Job summary

Business Trends Philippines is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to drive growth across B2B and B2C channels in healthcare and wellness. You will lead commercial strategy, partnerships and high-performing teams to achieve revenue targets.

The role requires a strong track record in sales leadership, strategic planning and a deep understanding of healthcare markets, with experience managing physician, clinic and healthcare accounts a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, management or life sciences field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership.
• At least 4–7 years of experience leading teams with ownership of revenue targets.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue objectives.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, aesthetics, wellness or consumer health is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets across B2B and B2C channels with reviews and corrective actions.
• Lead and integrate Business Development, Acquisition, Clinic Success, Commercial Marketing & Growth, and Partnerships & Affiliates with clear KPIs.
• Manage acquisition performance, pipeline health, conversions, and sales-cycle efficiency.
• Drive Clinic Success performance including activation, utilization, retention and revenue growth of clinic partners.
• Lead B2C client acquisition and revenue growth, expanding demand-generation channels.
