Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to lead the Fund Controller team and oversee external service providers for pooled investment vehicles. You will ensure financial reporting, regulatory deliverables, and governance processes meet high standards, while identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide transparent reporting, strong controls, and timely delivery against defined metrics and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investment fund services, including fund accounting and regulatory reporting/oversight.
• Experience overseeing third-party fund administration and driving quality and timely delivery.
• Knowledge of registered investment companies and pooled/private vehicles is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with US GAAP and IFRS and related reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manila-based fund controller team and oversee day-to-day oversight activities.
• Oversee risk-based oversight of NAV calculation, expenses, and pricing publications.
• Review fund administrator outputs and drive issue resolution and control evidence.
• Coordinate financial reporting and support audit activities.
• Review regulatory filings (SEC, CFTC) and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain governance over internal platforms and reference databases.
• Monitor publication requirements and escalation when needed.
• Prepare governance materials for fund forums and oversight committees.
• Lead vendor governance and drive service delivery improvements.
• Produce metrics and management reporting on risks and initiative status.
