Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Fund Accounting Financial Reporting Oversight professional in Manila to supervise external provider deliverables, ensure strong controls, and deliver accurate regulatory submissions across multiple funds.

You will partner with investment, risk, legal, and compliance teams across time zones to elevate issues, implement improvements, and drive automation in reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in fund services including financial reporting, fund accounting and regulatory reporting.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS, U.S. Regulation S-X, and Investment Company Act of 1940.
• Experience coordinating U.S. registered fund regulatory filings (Form N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR).
• Ability to oversee third‑party service providers and manage quality and delivery expectations.
• Understanding of core fund concepts such as NAV, custody, and transaction costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery and performance of external fund administration providers across assigned funds.
• Manage financial reporting cycles, including disclosure execution and controls evidence.
• Coordinate audit planning and fieldwork with service providers and independent auditors.
• Review fund financial statements and schedules for accuracy and consistency with guidance.
• Coordinate preparation and review of regulatory filings (N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR).
• Prepare governance and oversight materials for fund governing forums.
• Partner with portfolio management, risk, legal, compliance, product, and client service teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor fund risks and controls, document findings, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain daily engagement with U.S.-based counterparts and providers for timely delivery.
• Identify and support process improvements, automation opportunities in oversight workflows.
