Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund services, with exposure to income/expense reporting and regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of registered investment products and pooled vehicles (mutual funds, ETFs, etc.).
• Familiarity with accounting and regulatory frameworks (US GAAP, IFRS, Regulation S-X).
• Ability to produce clear oversight and governance reporting with accurate data collection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fund oversight activities performed by external service providers and ensure service levels are met.
• Review and validate fund expense accruals, disclosures, and governance reporting for accuracy.
• Validate fees, invoices, and allocations in line with contracts and controls.
• Review budgets, year-end balances, and trustee-related expense support; escalate exceptions.
