Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Philippines seeks a Fund Accounting Financial Reporting Oversight professional to supervise external fund administration providers and ensure strong controls, accurate reporting, and timely regulatory submissions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across investment, risk, legal, and compliance functions to drive continuous improvement. You will help strengthen oversight, streamline processes, and identify automation opportunities within reporting workflows,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in fund services, including exposure to financial reporting, fund accounting, and regulatory reporting.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, US Regulation S-X, and Investment Company Act of 1940.
• Experience coordinating US registered fund filings (N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR).
• Demonstrated ability to oversee third-party service providers and manage to quality and delivery expectations.
• Strong understanding of fund concepts (NAV, custody, valuation, costs) relevant to oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external fund administration providers' service delivery and performance.
• Manage financial reporting cycles, including disclosure execution and controls evidence.
• Coordinate audit planning and fieldwork with providers and independent auditors.
• Review fund financial statements and related schedules for accuracy.
• Coordinate regulatory filings (N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR, N-PORT Part F, Rule 17f-2).
• Prepare governance and oversight materials for review by fund governing forums.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, risk, legal, compliance, product, and client service teams.
• Monitor fund risks and controls, document findings, elevate issues.
• Maintain daily engagement with U.S.-based counterparts to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and support process improvements, automation opportunities.
