Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in fund services with exposure to financial reporting, fund accounting and regulatory reporting.
• Experience coordinating U.S. registered fund filings and related disclosures.
• Oversee third-party service providers to ensure quality, controls and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery and performance of external fund administration providers across assigned funds
• Manage financial reporting cycles, including disclosure execution and controls evidence
• Coordinate audit planning and fieldwork with service providers and independent auditors
• Review fund financial statements and schedules for completeness and consistency with guidance
• Coordinate preparation and review of regulatory filings (e.g., Form N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR)
• Prepare governance materials (meeting minutes, 15(c) materials) for fund forums
• Partner with portfolio management, risk, legal, compliance, product and client service teams to resolve issues
• Monitor fund risks and controls and escalate issues promptly
• Engage with U.S.-based counterparts and providers to ensure timely delivery
• Identify and support process improvements and automation opportunities
