Job summary

Odfjell Technology in Makati seeks an organized Expediter to extract purchase orders from the ERP system, follow up with suppliers, monitor orders with long lead times, and coordinate shipping with freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery. You will update the ERP and keep stakeholders informed of status and delays.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration or Supply Chain Management, at least two years in international freight forwarding, INCOTERMS knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in international freight forwarding & logistics.
• Knowledge of shipping INCOTERMS, documentation and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and data accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate in a cross-functional team.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Amenable to onsite work in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Extract purchase orders from the ERP system tagged for Expediting.
• Follow up purchase orders from suppliers.
• Monitor long-lead-time purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
• Follow up order confirmations and update the ERP system.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for pickup and shipping arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status via track-and-trace tools.
• Perform other related tasks as directed by the Senior Expediter.
