Job summary

SF Express Philippines Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage order processing, tracking, and delivery coordination across multiple suppliers and partners. You will monitor dispatch, update PODs, and ensure on-time performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field with 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze data and produce daily reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, order processing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and maintain updated order summaries and tracking records.
• Coordinate and distribute orders to multiple suppliers or logistics partners based on operational requirements.
• Monitor order status from dispatch to delivery and ensure suppliers fulfill orders within the agreed timeline.
• Verify, collect, and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents within the required turnaround time and in accordance with customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with POD service level agreements and KPI targets.
• Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of order status, delays, and delivery performance.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports and status updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve delivery issues and service concerns.
