Job summary

Odfjell Technology seeks a detail‑oriented Expeditor to extract and manage purchase orders in the ERP system. You will follow up POs with suppliers, monitor long lead times, confirm orders, and coordinate freight arrangements.

Strong organizational and English communication skills are required, with the role onsite in Makati. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or Supply Chain and at least two years in international freight forwarding and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in customs or supply chain.
• 2 years’ international freight forwarding & logistics experience.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and documentation.
• ERP systems knowledge.
• Strong data accuracy and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Extract purchase orders tagged for Expediting from the ERP system.
• Follow up purchase orders with suppliers.
• Monitor POs with long lead times and coordinate with suppliers.
• Follow up order confirmations and update ERP records.
• Coordinate with freight forwarder for pickup and shipping arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status via tracking tools.
• Assist Senior Expediter with related tasks.
