Job summary

Odfjell Technology in Makati seeks a detail-oriented Expediter to extract POs from the ERP, follow up with suppliers, and monitor shipments. The role ensures timely coordination for expediting and maintains accurate ERP records.

Candidate must have 2+ years in international freight/logistics, strong English communication, and the ability to work onsite in Makati. ERP proficiency and INCOTERMS knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in international freight forwarding & logistics.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and related documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and related computer applications.
• Strong data management, organizational skills, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Extract purchase orders from the ERP system that are tagged for Expediting.
• Follow up purchase orders from suppliers.
• Monitor purchase orders with long lead times and coordinate with suppliers.
• Follow up order confirmations and update PO in ERP.
• Coordinate with purchasers to address delays and reflect changes in ERP.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for goods pickup and shipping arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status via online track and trace tools.
• Perform other related tasks as directed by Senior Expediter.
