Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in the Philippines to strengthen billing, receivables, procurement, reporting, and cash flow through financial insights. You will influence smarter decisions while working from home in a full-time role with a global client base.

The role requires 5+ years in AR/billing/credit control or financial analysis, AU experience preferred, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Enjoy a permanent WFH setup, HMO with dependents, salary 60k–65k PHP, and ample upskilling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business.
• 5+ years in AR, Billing, Credit Control, or Financial Analysis, AU experience preferred.
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Revenue Administration: process orders/invoices per contracts and policies.
• Accounts Receivable Management: end-to-end AR, ageing, collections.
• Credit & Collections: assess credit, limits, and exposure; proactive collections.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: post project costs, analyze margins and cash flow; variance analysis.
• Reconciliations & Controls: reconcile AR sub-ledger with GL; document controls.
• Purchasing & Procurement Administration: process POs; supplier onboarding and data.
• Process Improvement & Systems: automate billing/collection; ERP improvements.
• Accounts Payable: process supplier invoices and payments; maintain supplier master data.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate across Finance and Ops; manage priorities.
• Key Performance Indicators: maintain SLAs, improve DSO, drive cost-saving initiatives.
