Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Administrator to strengthen end-to-end AP, supplier payments, reconciliations, and financial controls. You will apply Australian accounting expertise in a global context while based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience, with at least 2 years supporting Australian accounting operations.
• Local accounting experience or experience supporting international clients, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, construction, or services.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Processing: verify invoices, match PO, code, and ensure timely payments.
• Supplier Account Management: maintain supplier records and respond to inquiries.
• Reconciliations and Controls: perform supplier statement reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Payment Processing: prepare creditor payment runs and monitor due dates.
• Reporting: produce AP ageing reports and support KPI tracking.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to increase AP efficiency and accuracy.
