Emapta Philippines is hiring an Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to shape budgets, forecasts, and financial models for a global services environment. The role involves delivering insights, partnering with cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic planning while working from home in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in FP&A or financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with FP&A platforms like Hyperion, Cognos, or Adaptive Insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CFA, or certifications preferred.
• More than 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
• Proficiency in FP&A tools, software, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven insights.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in FP&A platforms such as Hyperion, Cognos, Adaptive Insights, and advanced Excel for modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to test impacts on projections.
• Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans with cross-functional input.
• Analyze variances and provide insights for corrective actions and performance improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to management.
