Job summary

Emapta is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our Manila-based team. You will support forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and financial reporting, influencing strategic decisions and long-term growth in a global setting.

You will partner with Commercial Finance, Financial Accounting, and other units to drive accurate financial plans, manage headcount insights, and ensure SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, or related finance role.
• Recently qualified CA or CPA.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with planning tools (Adaptive Planning) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instructions, templates, and supporting documentation for the commercial finance timetable, including CFO Pack inputs, forecast and budget models, reporting metrics, and financial planning timelines.
• Maintain FP&A reporting cycle by updating group consolidation workbooks and validating group forecast submissions.
• Maintain and analyze Group headcount, workforce reports, and leave forecasts, including annual and bonus leave trackers.
• Contribute to the development of group-level assumptions and financial drivers for budgets and forecasts.
• Support business partnering activities for various units, including month-end accruals, financial analysis, and project tracker reviews, with guidance from FP&A Managers.
• Consolidate and analyze weekly revenue reports to support business performance insights.
• Collaborate with other finance teams to support planning and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with Group SOX requirements and internal controls.
• Identify process improvements opportunities and implement solutions.
