You will blend strategic thinking with relationship-building and sales expertise to help the company achieve long-term success. The role collaborates with marketing, product, and operations to meet client expectations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in business development, sales and strategic partnership.
• Strong communications and negotiation skills.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and sales analytics abilities.
• CRM proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth.
• Create and implement effective sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
• Lead negotiations and close deals that deliver mutual value and long-term partnerships.
• Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
• Adhere to plan activities as well as government and other regulatory requirements.
