PRIME GLOBAL CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks a Customer Development Associate (International) to grow overseas business by managing distributor relationships and coordinating export operations for FMCG products.

The role targets export growth, accurate order processing, and compliant documentation across multiple time zones, with travel as needed and opportunities for career advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in international sales, export, or FMCG roles.
• Knowledge of export processes and international trade regulations.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support international sales strategies to achieve export targets.
• Coordinate with international distributors, partners, and key accounts.
• Process and monitor export orders for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Regulatory teams for export requirements.
• Assist in market expansion with onboarding of new distributors and clients.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and market demand across regions.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and product trends in international markets.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation.
• Support trade marketing initiatives for overseas markets.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor IOD payables and expenses related to freight, customs, and related services.
