Job summary

Remote is seeking a Mobility Specialist in the APAC region to join the Onboarding and Mobility team. You will provide immigration compliance guidance, manage cross-border mobility, and support clients with travel and sponsorship cases.

This role emphasizes asynchronous collaboration, global coverage, and a strong emphasis on automation and process improvement. The position reports to the Mobility Manager and operates within an international, remote-friendly environment with competitive

Qualifications

• Proven experience in immigration compliance and global mobility.
• Strong understanding of immigration procedures and regulatory changes.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a technology company or fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery.
• Monitor and control immigration compliance for Remote products and services.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance in-house immigration services to increase revenue and efficiency.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Maintain awareness of immigration law changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Guide clients on travel needs and sponsorship cases.
• Manage case statuses using case management and billing systems.
• Apply immigration knowledge to provide solutions for complex client cases.
• Be proactive, autonomous, and take ownership of day-to-day tasks.
• Improve processes through automation and documentation.
