Job summary

Boldr Impact is seeking a Senior Director, People Operations to anchor our five-country division. You will own systems, rewards, and standards to ensure scalable, compliant operations across the Philippines, South Africa, Mexico, Canada, and the United States.

You will lead People Operations, Total Rewards, and Business Partnering, driving data integrity, policy development, and risk management while partnering with the VP and cross-functional leaders to scale with care and fairness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in People or HR, with 8+ years leading multi-country teams across People Ops, ER, or Compliance.
• Proven experience building or rebuilding People infrastructure and operating models.
• Strong judgment and communication; comfortable working remotely across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Operations, Total Rewards, and Business Partnering teams across multiple countries.
• Own budget for People Ops, Rewards, and Partnering; drive governance and policy development.
• Ensure compliance, data protection, and audit readiness across jurisdictions.
• Partner with senior leaders to design scalable, scalable processes and data integrity.
