Boldr is seeking a Senior Director, People Operations to act as the backbone of the People function across five countries, including the Philippines, South Africa, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. You will own systems, rewards, and standards to scale with consistency and care, leading People Operations, Total Rewards, and Business Partnering.

You will build scalable processes, ensure data integrity and compliance, and partner with executive leadership to align policies with Boldr's values

Formación

• 10+ years in People or HR, with 8+ years leading multi-function or multi-country teams across People Operations, Total Rewards, ER, or Compliance
• Proven experience building or rebuilding People infrastructure: operating model, shared services, HRIS, comp governance, and compliance frameworks
• Strong, varied labor and compliance instincts across multiple countries
• Demonstrated command of HR technology using our stack: Rippling, Payfactors, Workable, Juno
• Experience leading compensation cycles and governance, including benchmarking, job banding, and pay equity
• Experience handling sensitive ER matters and investigations with fairness and discretion

Responsabilidades

• Lead the People Operations, Total Rewards, and Business Partnering teams; set clear goals, coach for growth, and build a culture of service excellence
• Own the budget for People Operations, Total Rewards, and Business Partnering, including people, systems, and vendor costs
• Establish clarity on decision rights, service levels, and escalation paths for People decisions
• Partner with VP, Talent Acquisition and People Success pillars, Business Operations, Finance, and client-facing teams to align backbone with business strategy
• Ensure cross-country compliance and governance across Managed Outsourcing and Global Employment models
