Boldr is seeking a Senior Director of People Operations to act as the backbone of the company’s HR function across five countries. You will own systems, rewards, and standards to enable scalable, fair, and compliant operations in a remote-first, globally distributed organization.

You will lead People Operations, Total Rewards, and Business Partnering, driving governance, policy, data integrity, and employee experience in a high-growth environment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in People or HR, with 8+ years leading multi-country teams across People Ops, Rewards, ER or Compliance.
• Experience building or rebuilding People infrastructure: operating model, shared services, HRIS, governance.
• Strong labor and compliance instincts across multiple countries.
• Command of HR tech: Rippling, Payfactors, Workable, Juno.
• Track record in compensation governance, benchmarking, job banding, and pay equity.
• Excellent judgment and stakeholder management across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead People Operations, Total Rewards and Business Partnering teams across five countries.
• Own budgets, governance, and policy development for scalable operations.
• Manage complex ER matters with fairness, documentation, and confidentiality.
• Partner with leaders to ensure compliant decisions with in-country counsel when needed.
• Modernize infrastructure through automation and robust system design.
• Ensure data protection, reporting discipline, and service excellence.
