Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking an experienced Consultant for Workplace Operations to improve the digital workplace for employees across Henkel’s global organization. You will leverage endpoint data to drive improvements in laptops, desktops, applications, and support services while coordinating with cybersecurity and external providers.

You will help align stakeholders, implement changes, and monitor outcomes to boost employee experience and productivity in a global context, combining ITSM,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
7+ years in Workplace Operations, End-User Computing, or ITSM.
Experience supporting enterprise workplace tech in a global setting.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and security/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation, standardization, and lifecycle management of workplace tech.
Develop monitoring, analytics, reporting, dashboards, and DEX capabilities.
Drive service optimization and automation through identifying trends and issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders, cybersecurity, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure usability, security, compliance, and productive workplace solutions.
