Henkel Philippines seeks a Consultant Workplace Operations to improve the digital workplace experience for employees worldwide. You will analyze endpoint performance, drive improvements, and align with cybersecurity and service teams across Henkel’s global organization.

You will lead monitoring, analytics, and end-user computing initiatives, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to implement changes that boost usability, security, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in Workplace Operations, End-User Computing, or IT Service Management.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise workplace technologies and driving service improvements in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace and End-User Computing technologies, including Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, standardization, and lifecycle management of workplace technologies and services to align with business requirements and standards.
• Develop and enhance monitoring, analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) capabilities.
• Drive service optimization, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement across workplace services.
• Partner with stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure usability, security, and compliance.
• Manage provider performance and foster stakeholder relationships to drive service excellence.
