About this Position
The IT Services & Processes Workplace Consultant is responsible for the strategy, design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of global Audio Services and Digital Workplace solutions. This role ensures the reliable, secure, and seamless delivery of collaboration, communication, conferencing, meeting room, endpoint, and workplace technologies that enable productivity and an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
Working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, the consultant drives service excellence, technology standardization, workplace innovation, and continuous improvement. The role is accountable for defining global standards, optimizing service performance, managing technology lifecycles, and delivering scalable, user-centric solutions across the global Digital Workplace and Audio Services landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and continuously improve global Audio Services and Digital Workplace services, ensuring stable, secure, and high-quality service delivery across all regions.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise audio, collaboration, endpoint, and workplace technologies, including conferencing, meeting rooms, telephony, productivity, and end-user computing solutions.
- Define and govern global standards, architectures, roadmaps, and best practices for Audio Services, Unified Communications, and Digital Workplace platforms.
- Act as the primary consultant and liaison for business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable, sustainable, and user-centric technology solutions.
- Manage strategic relationships with vendors, service providers, and support partners to ensure service performance, cost optimization, contractual compliance, and innovation.
- Lead the resolution of complex incidents, problems, and escalations across Audio Services and Digital Workplace environments, driving service reliability and user satisfaction.
- Drive continuous service improvement, technology lifecycle management, workplace modernization initiatives, KPI reporting, adoption programs, and the implementation of emerging collaboration and digital workplace technologies.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of nine (9) years of relevant professional experience in Audio Visual (AV), Unified Communications (UC), Digital Workplace (DW), Collaboration Technologies, IT Infrastructure, or related technology fields
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise audio and collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration, and meeting room solutions
- Solid technical knowledge of audio systems, including Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), microphones, speakers, conferencing systems, and related technologies
- Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving enterprise AV and collaboration solutions in a global environment
- Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes and experience managing vendors, service providers, incidents, and complex technical escalations
- Strong consulting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) PH time on a hybrid work set-up, with three (3) days in the office
