Job summary

Henkel is seeking an IT Consultant Audio Services in the Philippines to design, deliver, and continuously improve global enterprise audio and collaboration services. You will ensure reliable, secure audio across meeting rooms, conferencing platforms, and event spaces, working with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams from a hybrid office in Manila.

The role requires 9+ years in AV/UC, strong DSP/mic knowledge, ITIL experience, and ability to translate business needs into technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 9+ years in AV/UC/Collaboration tech or related areas.
• Hands-on with enterprise audio platforms like Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration.
• Knowledge of DSPs, microphones, speakers, conferencing systems.
• Experience designing and maintaining global AV solutions.
• Strong ITIL service management understanding and vendor handling.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willing to work mid-shift (PH time) hybrid schedule, three days in office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve global Audio Services for stable, secure delivery across regions.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise audio solutions and collaboration tech.
• Define and maintain global standards, architectures, and best practices.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into sustainable technical solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure contract compliance and service performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex audio incidents and escalations.
• Drive lifecycle management including upgrades and adoption of new technologies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous service improvement.
